How to buy a premium video?

When watching a trailer of a premium video, you will see a link at the bottom that shows "Buy this video" plus the price and only when successfully purchased will you be able to watch the full content.  

1. Click on the price at the bottom right of the video page
2. Input the details of a valid credit card
3. Click on "Buy" at the bottom of the page
4. You will receive a purchase confirmation email and the details of the purchase will also show on the "Transactions" tab on your account dashboard
5. Visit the "My Library" tab on your dashboard to see the premium videos you have purchased

Can I request a refund?

Any refund request is subject to approval.

Open a support ticket at http://support.brighteon.com and include the transaction details from the purchase confirmation you have received.  Include your reason for requesting a refund and our support team will update you on the status of your request.
