Requesting for an appeal for banned or delisted video

Content creators can only request an appeal by submitting a request form found at http://support.brighteon.com/. They must select the correct topic and provide detailed information about their appeal.

When requesting an appeal, the following details must be provided by the content creator or their appeal will not be processed properly:

• For delisted video:
  • Video link
  • Username or channel name
• For banned video:
  • Video link
  • Username or channel name
• For banned account:
  • Username or channel name
  • Email address associated with the account

Note: All appeals must have detailed information about the video and a message telling why your video should not be delisted or banned.
