How do I file a copyright claim?

Content creators can only submit a copyright claim by submitting a request form found at the  http://support.brighteon.com/ page. They must then select the correct topic and provide detailed information about their request.

Step 1: Go to http://support.brighteon.com/ and click on the support link to open the request form.

Step 2:  Fill in the necessary and required details:

• Email address – This needs to be an active email address where the support team can contact you.
• Topic – Select the topic “Copyright (Claim & Appeal).”
• Subject – Provide a brief description of your claim
• Video channel link – The channel link where the video is posted.
• Details of inquiry – Make sure to provide complete and accurate details of your request. Do not forget to provide the page or attach documents as proof that you are the rightful owner.

Step 3: Submit the request.

Note: Please allow up to 30 days for the copyright claim processing.
