Video Status and Schedule Setting

On the upload page, you can select different video statuses like Public, Private, and Upcoming.  Based on the video status, you can also set a Schedule for when the video will be published or hidden on the platform

PUBLIC Status

When a video is set to public, it will be shown on the channel page and other pages on the platform like the category and new video page. 

Also, you have the option to set the video to private automatically on a specific date and time using the schedule settings feature

PRIVATE Status

When a video is set to private, it will only be saved on the upload page on the dashboard and will not be shown on any pages on the platform. Anyone with a direct link to the video will not be able to watch it unless it is set to public.

Also, you have the option to schedule a private video to be published on a specific date and time by using the schedule settings feature and setting it back to private (hidden) if needed.

UPCOMING Status

When a video is set to upcoming, you have the option to schedule when the video will show up on your channel page but not yet playable (like a teaser) and set a date and time on when it will be live for your audience to watch and set to private (hidden) if needed.
