Videos may be rejected if they violate our Community Guidelines. You'll receive a notification both on your dashboard and the video page to alert you to the violation.
If your channel has 5 rejected videos in a single day, the upload capability will be temporarily PAUSED. You'll see a message on your account dashboard, and the pause will last for 5 business days. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to support at support@brighteon.com.
Channels that experience 3 consecutive pauses will be SUSPENDED, and access to their accounts will be restricted. The suspension lasts for one month, after which the channel owner can resume uploading videos. For more information about suspensions, please contact support at support@brighteon.com.
